# Coquelet

### À propos du produit

Les coquelets sont élevés en bâtiment et sont nourris avec des céréales et du maïs pendant au moins 30 jours. La viande de ces très jeunes poules, également appelées poussins ou "mistkratzerli", est particulièrement tendre et juteuse.

**Alimentation :** Céréales, maïs  
**Élevage :** Élevage en engraissement  
**Âge à l'abattage :** Au moins 30 jours
