# Pré Salé

### À propos du produit

L'Agneau pré-salé est certifié par le label AOC. Celui-ci garantit que les brebis passent au moins 230 jours sur les prés salés à partir du début mars, vivant en plein air sans protection contre la pluie, la neige et le soleil. L'élevage des agneaux dure 90 jours. Leur viande maigre, de couleur rose pâle, possède un goût légèrement salé et épicé unique.

**Âge à l'abattage :** Minimum 90 jours

#### À propos de la région

Nos agneaux de pré-salé sont élevés dans la baie du Mont-Saint-Michel en Normandie et en Bretagne. Ils sont élevés de manière naturelle et traditionnelle, paissant sur des sols salins et sablonneux, recouverts de nombreuses herbes.
